I saw the band in NYC (Anathema’s Danny and Vinny Cavanagh opened). Blackfield was, in a word, powerful. Their songs took on a much bigger presence and the band has certainly come together as a group. It did not feel like a Wilson-Geffen side project. And I’m sure this band will continue to create. …
